BACKGROUND

In her role as the Director of Business Development at CIMIT, Ms. Crosby was responsible for facilitating research of CIMIT Program Leaders and Investigators and fostering strategic partnerships with small businesses and major medical and technology corporations. She has more than fifteen years of management experience in the medical device industry. She was Vice President of the Kendall Company/TYCO Healthcare, where she managed the Vascular Therapy Division, corporate sales for Integrated Healthcare Delivery Systems, and the clinical affairs research group. Prior to her work at the Kendall Company, Ms. Crosby was the nurse manager of the post-operative cardiac surgery unit at Massachusetts General Hospital.
