Department of Defense (DoD) Congressionally Directed Medical Research Programs	Funds the best research to eradicate diseases and support the warfighter for the benefit of the American public.
Telemedicine & Advanced Technology Research Center (TATRC)	Funding opportunities supporting cutting edge medical technology research for soldier healthcare.

GrantsNet	A one-stop resource to find funds for training in the sciences and undergraduate science education. Through the support of HHMI and AAAS, this service is completely free.
InfoEd Spin	Search database for funding opportunities.
Illinois Researcher Information Service (IRIS)	Search database for funding opportunities.
Langeloth Foundation	Grant-making program centered on the concepts of health and well-being. The Foundation's purpose is to promote and support effective and creative programs, practices and policies related to healing from illness, accident, physical, social or emotional trauma and to extend the availability of programs that promote healing to underserved populations.
Medical Foundation's Research Grants Division	Administers grant programs for clients who support innovative research in the biomedical sciences, clinical investigation, and community health.
National Institute of General Medical Sciences (NIGMS)	Places great emphasis on the support of individual, investigator-initiated grants within its scientific mission areas. Most grants are for research projects (R01), but NIGMS also funds program projects (P01) and centers (P50) as well as some research resources.
