Boston Medical Center (BMC) is a non-profit academic medical center affiliated with the Boston University School of Medicine. It is the largest “safety-net” hospital in New England, emphasizing community-based care.
When Boston Medical Center became a member of CIMIT in 2006, its mission to provide accessible health services to all was particularly beneficial to CIMIT’s ambulatory care projects, with expertise in medical delivery and access in community and managed care programs.
In addition to CIMIT Science Grants, Boston Medical Center researchers are eligible for the Boston University/CIMIT Fellowship.
