Background:
Ms. Crosby is Director of Business Development for CIMIT^®. She is responsible for managing a broad range of industry collaborations for CIMIT-from basic industry liaison memberships, to strategic partnerships with an extensive network of small businesses and major medical and technology corporations. These active partnering models with industry are designed to catalyze collaborations with clinical and technical leaders in the CIMIT Community and to accelerate the technology development cycle.

Ms. Crosby has more than fifteen years of management experience in the medical device industry. As a former Vice President of the Kendall Company, her responsibilities included management of the Vascular Therapy Division, corporate sales for the Integrated Healthcare Delivery Systems, management of the clinical affairs research group and directing the global marketing effort on key vascular products. Prior to Kendall, Ms. Crosby was the nurse manager of the post-operative cardiac surgical unit at Massachusetts General Hospital.
