Background:
Ms. Richardson leads the communications & marketing unit; advises on strategic communications and oversees all internal and external communications, public affairs, media relations and cimit.org. Prior to joining CIMIT, Ms. Richardson was Director of Corporate Marketing for the Massachusetts Port Authority, Boston. She has over 20 years experience in strategic business management, serving as Chief Marketing Officer for several organizations. While in Washington, Ms. Richardson led the marketing and communications operations for the Resolution Trust Corporation and the American Society for Training and Development. A Boston resident, Ms. Richardson earned her MBA in Marketing and Finance from George Washington University and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Regis College, Massachusetts. She is a member of The Boston Club, Women Entrepreneurs in Science & Technology, Healthcare Businesswomen's Association, and the American Marketing Association.
