CIMIT Facilitation Leaders are a core staff of experts to coach, support, and network project leaders in ways that facilitate their ultimate success and help achieve real clinical impact. Facilitation is customized to the needs of each project and leader to connect teams with the necessary complementary set of skills, bring in appropriate industrial resources and technologies, fund pilot studies or prototype development, assist in protection of intellectual property, and/or help find additional follow-on funding from external sources.
