Quick Facts
Objective: National award competition to encourage the development of simulation inventions. Simulation innovators across the country are developing creative solutions to address unmet needs. This seed funding is intended to advance such work and to create a national simulation innovation collaborative. Of particular interest are low-cost solutions to enable widespread dissemination.
Eligibility: Open to simulation centers and academic engineering research and development laboratories in the United States. We encourage collaboration with investigators within the CIMIT-Boston Simulation Consortium (CBSC).
Status: Four to six awards of up to $10,000 will be awarded in the summer of 2013.
