BACKGROUND

Dr. Brown holds a PhD in Biochemistry from the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis. After a post-doctoral fellowship in Neurochemistry at Harvard Medical School, she began a career in life science R&D at companies including Dupont and Baxter Healthcare before transitioning into development as Director of Business Development at PerkinElmer. Before coming to CIMIT, she served as Vice President of Business Development at Linden Bioscience. Dr. Brown has an issued patent in screening technology and has authored 31 publications and several book chapters.
