A. BBEC is located within blocks of several MBTA stations. Visit www.mbta.com.
• Back Bay Station: servicing Commuter Rail, Amtrak and the Orange Line. Located on Dartmouth Street between Stuart Street and Columbus Avenue, and on Clarendon Street near Columbus Avenue.
• Copley Square Station: servicing the Green Line. Located at 640 Boylston Street and 230 Dartmouth Street.
• Arlington Street Station: servicing the Green Line. Located at 300 Boylston Street and 20 Arlington Street.

Q. Does the BBEC have wireless internet access?


A. Wireless Internet access is available within the Back Bay Events Center. As the venue has a non-secured line, the user will select the Back Bay Events network when prompted.


Q. Does the BBEC have good cell phone reception?

A. Cell phone reception is limited to certain areas within the facility. Verizon Wireless carriers tend to have good reception in the full facility. Some of the other carriers do not receive well on the lower level. Guests typically come up to the first level to use their cell.
